ADDITIONAL ENLARGEMENTS

 Wallet prints come 8 pictures to a sheet.  Add additional sheets for $8.00.  Wallets come with rounded corners.
Additional prints of the same pictures in 8x10 size are $15.00 each!


PAYMENT
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.  If the wedding must be postponed Photos by Kelly will do everything possible to reschedule, as long as there are no scheduling conflicts of another wedding already booked for that day.  If there is a scheduling conflict the $100 deposit will not be refunded.  50% of the remaining balance is due before your wedding day.  The remaining balance is due when you pick up your proofs.  Proofs will not be released and enlargments or albums will not be ordered until the balance is paid in full.


STUDIO LIABILITY
If any of the work requested of the studio can not be completed due to severe weather, family emergency, transportation failure, the loss or damage to memory cards, equipment failure, or any other condition that is beyond reasonable control, Photos by Kelly shall not be liable for more than a full refund of any money paid!


PLEASE NOTE

Any work that is done by Photos by Kelly is copyrights and thus protected by law.  You cannot reproduce prints in any way before first receiving permission from the studio.  You will be asked to sign a contract before your proofs are released stating that you will not have photos reproduced/printed anywhere but through our studio - unless given a copyright release!
