The sitting fee includes a 2 hour session at my indoor and outdoor studio. We may travel around the area close to my home too, just to mix it up. The sitting fee must be paid at the time of the session.

CLOTHING CHANGES:
Clothing changes are limited to 4 outfits. Please choose clothing that best suits your personality. Do not wear something that is totally out of character for you because you will not be happy with the pictures. People are use to seeing you in certain things.

PURCHASE OF PROOFS:
Our proofs are unlike proofs from other studios - because we take the time, before they are presented to you, to do all the facial touch ups and apply special affects, etc.  Your proofs will be presented to you in an album that is simulated leather with black pages and gold trim - a retail value of $49.95 for the proof book alone.  Purchase the entire proof book, including 36 proofs, for only $99.95.  Online previewing is free of charge.  Photos can be shared with friends and family and can be purchased directly from the website.  Selective purchase of proofs, without the album, will be $5.00 each.  Proofs cannot be purchased without and additional order  A deposit of $100.00 must be made in order to take your proofs from the studio.  The deposit can be applied to your order.  Refunds are only available if you are not satisfied with your proofs.

NAMES ON PHOTOS:
Names, graduation years, etc. can be printed on photos at no additional charge~This includes foil stamp in Silver or Gold Foil.   

PAYMENT TERMS:
A 50% deposit of the pictures ordered must be made at the time of ordering.  The balance due must be paid when you pick up the pictures.  No prints will leave the studio without full payment. 


Listed below are a few suggestions that you may want to consider before you come into the studio to have your photo session:

1. Be Prepared - Think about what type of clothing best reflects your personality.  Don't try something new just for your photo session; it won't look natural.  The same applies to hairstyles.  People are used to seeing you a certain way; don't make any sudden changes.

2. Be Creative - Feel free to bring along any items that would be a reflection of your personality (sports gear, hobby items, hats, jewelry, pets., etc.)  These articles can be included in some of your photos to add more of a personal touch.  Please..No large items!  If bringing a pet, please make sure that someone is with you to take the pet in photos that it will not be in.  It just makes life easier for all involved, including your pet. 

3. Be Prompt - Please try to be on time for your photo session.  If you are late, it could make the session feel rushed both for you and for me.  Also. by coming 10-15 minutes early, you can relax a little before starting the session, as well as, having time to talk to me about ideas that you might want to use in your photos.

4. Relax- I offer a very casual photo session.  This is a fun time in every life so relax and enjoy it.  When you are relaxed it shows in your photos, and just makes for a better photo all around.

5. Glasses - Please let me know at the time you make your appointment as to weather or not you wear glasses. Transition lenses are a definate NO! You can usually check with you eye doctor and they will lend you a pair of frames - no glass - for your session. This is the best option!

COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the photographer’s written permission and violators of the Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. What does this mean to you? You cannot take your proofs and reproduce them anywhere! You also cannot scan these pictures into your computer and reproduce them yourself.

STUDIO LIABILITY: If any of the work requested of the studio can not be completed due to severe weather, family emergency, transportation failure, the loss or damage to memory cards, equipment failure, or any other condition that is beyond reasonable control,  Photos by Kelly shall not be liable for more than a full refund of any money paid.  If something goes wrong - the entire shoot will be redone at no additional cost.
