Up to 1 hours of actual studio time – up to 2 clothing changes – indoor/ outdoor studio.
We may travel around to different places so everyone’s pictures are not the same.

CLOTHING CHANGES:
There is a 2 clothing change limit – but I’m willing to work with you if there is something that you just have to have. Additional clothing changes can lessen the total number of photographs taken because of the time involved.

PURCHASE OF PROOFS:
Our proofs are unlike proofs from other studios – because we take the time, before they are presented to you, to do all the facial touch ups and apply special affects, etc. Your proofs will be presented to you in an album that is simulated leather with black pages and gold trim –a retail value of $49.95 for the proof book alone. Purchase the entire proof book including the 24 proofs for only $79.95. Online previewing is free of charge. Photos can be shared with friends and family and can be purchased directly from the website. Selective purchase of proofs, without the album, will be $5.00 each. Proofs cannot be purchased without an additional order. A deposit of $75.00 must be made in order to take your proofs from the studio. The deposit can be applied to your order. Refunds are only available if you are not satisfied with your proofs.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment of the sitting fee must be made at the time of the sitting. The remaining balance of the cost must be paid prior to or at the time of picking up the order. No orders will be taken without payment.


Listed below are a few suggestions that you may want to consider before you come into the studio to have your photo session:

1. Be Prepared – Think about what type of clothing best reflects your personality. Don’t try something new just for your photo session;  it won’t look natural. The same applies to hairstyles. People are used to seeing you a certain way; don’t make any sudden changes.

2. Be Creative – Feel free to bring along any items that would be a reflection of your personality (sports gear, hobby items, hats, jewelry, pets, etc.) These articles can be included in some of your photos to add more of a personal touch. Please…No large items! If bringing a pet, please make sure that someone is with you to take the pet in photos that it will not be in. It just makes life easier for all involved, including your pet.

3. Be Prompt – Please try to be on time for your photo session. If you are late, it could make the session feel rushed both for you and for me. Also, by coming 10-15 minutes early, you can relax a little before starting the session,
as well as, having time to talk to me about ideas that you might want to use in your photos.

4. Relax – I offer a very casual photo session. This is a fun time in every life so relax and enjoy it. When you are relaxed it shows in your photos, and just makes for a better photo all around.

5. Glasses – Please let me know at the time you book your session if you wear glasses. Transition lenses are a definite NO. You can usually borrow a pair of frames from your eye doctor if you let him know what you
need them for. (no glass – just the frames)


COPYRIGHT: Any work that is done by Photos and Art by Kelly is copyrighted and thus protected by law. Unauthorized duplication of any kind is strictly prohibited.

STUDIO LIABILITY: If any of the work requested of the studio can not be completed due to severe weather, family emergency, transportation failure, the loss or damage to memory cards, equipment failure, or any other condition that is beyond reasonable control. Photos and Art by Kelly shall not be liable for more than a full refund of any money paid. If something goes wrong – the entire shoot will be redone at no additional cost.
